Springfield NAACP

Our History

Organized in 1915, Springfield Branch of NAACP is one of the first chartered branches. Over the years, the dedicated and committed workers, organizers, leaders and members of the Dayton Branch have helped to win victories from the ballot box to classroom.

Our Mission

Locally is to ensure the political, educational, social and economic quality of rights of all persons, and to eliminate racial hatred and racial discrimination in Clark, Greene and Champaign Counties, Ohio

Locally is to ensure that our community in which all individuals have equal rights without discrimination based on race.
